Please feel free to invite a friend or family member who may be interested. \nEveryone is welcome! \n\n\n\nAbout\nLisa Troseth\n\n \nLisa was in her late teens when God became more real to her as an infinitely loving presence. At the time\, she was struggling with tough relationship problems\, so she was wide open to seeking divine answers. She began to earnestly study Christian Science\, which she knew transformed lives because it had healed her mom of a bipolar disorder diagnosed as incurable. \n\n“As I really prayed and studied the Bible and Science and Health\, they awakened me to a larger view of life as being forever inseparable from divine Love. This freed me from the relationship issues\, healed me of a skin condition\, and changed my character for the better.”\n\nYearning to share God’s healing nature more with others\, Lisa took Christian Science Primary Class Instruction in 1994\, where she learned how prayer\, based on our unity with God\, consistently heals and brings solutions to our lives\, communities\, and world. Proving this has been at the heart of her life’s work\, whether serving in educational nonprofits\, working as a Christian Science nurse\, or serving in various church capacities\, including currently as a Christian Science lecturer. Lisa was an art major in college\, and has enjoyed living in many places throughout the United States. One of her favorite activities nowadays is hiking with her husband in the mountains of Northwest Arkansas. She has loved being in the full-time ministry of Christian Science healing since 2010\, and now as a 2021 graduate of Normal class. \n“It’s a joy to share the Science of Christ-healing through teaching.”\n\nLisa Troseth will give her talk at\nFirst Church of Christ\, Scientist\, St. Charles\n1875 S 5th Street\nSt. Charles\, MO 63303\nChild care will be provided.\nSee all information on the right sidebar.

DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, 11/10\nElsah – Principia College \nHealing with joy: Discovering the power of Love \nwith Ann Kneeland\, CS \n\n\nAnn will share real-life examples of spiritual healing that show how fear\, illness\, and polarization dissolve as we discover God’s pure and spiritual creation. We can all experience joy and freedom through discovering more of God’s presence and love. All are welcome!\n \n\n\n\nAbout\nAnn Kneeland\n\n \nGrowing up in a family that loved and practiced Christian Science\, Ann saw how God heals sickness and relationship problems\, meets financial needs\, solves business issues\, and answers life’s questions. In the Christian Science Sunday School\, Ann learned to rely upon the healing ideas in the Bible\, as explained in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures\, by Mary Baker Eddy. During her school years\, the ideas in these books healed Ann of headaches\, sickness\, a wart\, a rash\, sports injuries\, and academic anxieties. \nAfter college\, Ann took Primary Class instruction to deepen her understanding of God and to learn to heal more systematically. This understanding guided her in a business career and brought healing solutions to difficult issues. When she and her husband began a family\, Christian Science was a daily help in navigating parenthood\, and in caring for their two children’s health and growth. Friends asked for prayerful treatment and were healed. She began advertising her healing practice in the Christian Science Journal in 2009. \nAnn resides in the San Francisco Bay area of California. In her healing practice\, she discovers more about God and our loving relationship to God\, and simultaneously others are healed\, and lives are transformed. Ann has been a Chaplain in the Marin County Jail\, and has shared Christian Science in commercial radio interviews and with teen and interfaith groups. She loves how sharing Christian Science demands listening to God while speaking from the heart. \nAnn Kneeland will give her talk at\nWanamaker Hall\nPrincipia College\n1 Maybeck Place\nElsah\, IL 62028\n“Our church has a healing message and purpose. With singleness of heart\, we work together to uplift\, heal\, and bless the world. Our lives and our work are devoted to “making Christianity as Jesus taught it practical today” (Christian Science Quarterly\, p. 1).”
